This course is open to mariners who are pursuing STCW endorsement and must satisfy the requirements to have demonstrated the following competencies, application of leadership and team working skills in Tables A-II/1 or A-III/1 of the STCW Code, as amended; and/or use of leadership and managerial skills in Tables A-II/2 or A-III/2 of the STCW Code, as amended. Pursuant to National Maritime Center Policy Letter 11-02.
