Fundamentals of Supervision Academy is designed to boost the leadership capabilities and problem-solving skills of your supervisors as they perform day to day activities and plan for long-term goal achievement.  The Academy is for supervisors at every level and allows them opportunities to explore proven concepts of leadership and practical approaches to common challenges. A key objective of the Academy is to improve upon the knowledge and skills required to become an effective supervisor and leader.
